- He mentioned Bull Bile is the source of taurine, the bitter ingredient in energy drinks like Red Bull and Vamp N*R*G.

* We jumped outside of our NetFlix queue to discuss The Lost Boys and its new sequel Lost Boys: The Tribe.
- SPOILER ALERT! We not only discuss the movie, we talk about it for a while.
- Michelle gives it a 5. Dan gives it a 7.
* The movie we have next in the queue is Andy Warhol's "Blood For Dracula".
// BOOKS
* August 1st saw the release of the fourth and final book in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series, entitled BREAKING DAWN.
- I still haven't read it as I of course intend to listen to it. Audible has NOT released it yet, however. So, I may have to buy the CDs or borrow it from the library.
- I have read both glowing reviews and ones that trash the book. I think for those that are disappointed, it may be fair to say that her fans are fairly rabid and that any finale that doesn't meet expectations might see this kind of response.
- I fear the movie this December may encounter similar divisions. Many books do not translate well to the silver screen. With Meyer's vampires being such "perfect" creatures, many may feel that the movie fails to portray them well. Only time will tell.
// FAREWELL
* We wrapped the show by playing the eighth track from our album which is on sale now, FOR THE BLOOD IS THE LIFE,, for only $13. Remember, part of the sales of the CD will be donated directly to the Joe Murphy Memorial Fund.
- The song is "Feed Me Anger" by Mandrake Root. Thanks again, Magnatune Records!
* Our intro music is "Stigmata" by George Hrab from his album Minutiae. Check out his podcast, his albums, and his new book, George Hrab's Non-Coloring Book, now on sale at Lulu.com!
That wraps up this episode of the Out Of The Coffin podcast. Thanks for listening!
