The 2012 Polidori Awards

Welcome to our Second Annual Dr. John William Polidori Awards for Excellence in Vampire Entertainment (aka The Dories)!

Below you will find the polls where YOU can vote for the nominees of the 2012 Polidori Awards. Yes, you can vote for more than one nominee per category, but do so wisely. All ties for “Best Of” a.k.a. “first place” will be settled by the judges. (If we can’t decide, we might post a new poll to settle a tie.) You can also provide Write-In nominees in the “Other” field.

Remember that the primary rule is that the nominee must have released their material in 2011. (The only exception to that rule is “Song Featured on the Out Of The Coffin podcast” category, which must have been featured in 2011.) For serialized works, at least one episode or issue must have been released in 2011.

Voting officially closes on February 29th, 2012, at 11:59 PM EST. (You get an extra day this year, shweet!)

Also, pace yourself. Yes, there’s a LOT of categories and some categories have MANY nominees. This just shows how much creative energy is out there bringing vampires to life!
