- “Variety reports that pre-production for the movie is already underway with Fox planning to drop it in theaters across the nation in 2012. Timur Bekmambetov ('Night Watch') is attached to direct the thriller and produce it alongside Tim Burton and Jim Lemley ('Wanted'). Seth Grahame-Smith is hired to adapt his book into a screenplay.”

* New Images from Lost Boys: The Thirst
- “'Lost Boys: The Thirst', which stars Corey Feldman, Jamison Newlander, and Tanit Phoenix… will be available to own from October 12th. The only extra material on the DVD release will be a Charisma Carpenter Hosts The Art of Seduction: Vampire Lore featurette. The Blu-ray release will include that along with three additional features (“What is the Thirst?”, “How to Kill a Vampire with Edgar Frog”, “The Return of the Frog Brothers Hosted by Corey Feldman”), and a digital copy of the film.
* Chris Sarandon Returns for 80s Cult Classic “Fright Night” Remake
- “Producers have definitely secured a part for Sarandon, providing the first concrete casting link between the old film and the new,” Mania reports.
